Coombs Wood Sports & Social Club
We are a members' Sports and Social Club in Halesowen, just outside Birmingham, with first-class cricket and bowls facilities and resident cricket and bowls teams playing league games in and around Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.
Non-members are welcome and membership is affordable and easy giving year-round access to our warm welcome, real ales, homemade and locally sourced bar snacks - all at great prices.

About Us
Playing to win for over 100 years
Halesowen has been the home of Coombs Wood Sports and Social Club and Coombs Wood Cricket Club since 1921. We moved from our old site in Coombs Road in 2014, following a redevelopment of the site. Our facilities in Stewarts Road, where we are now based, are fresh and modern, and the views are stunning. We are a members' club but welcome visitors so anyone is welcome to come and enjoy our facilities, great beers and perhaps a game of cricket or bowls.

As well as hosting our live cricket and bowls matches, the clubhouse has two rooms we use to show all the Premier League matches we can from Sky and TNT. We also have regular live entertainment, crib nights, fundraising evenings and our own youth club that meets once a week.
